As a Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by:
- Rapidly recognizing and addressing client issues
- Effectively searching for solutions to complex problems
- Making quality decisions that meet our high standards
- Collaborating with a diverse group of clients and partners
- Providing exceptional and personalized service to inbound assistance calls
- Communicating accurate information to clients about arenaflex's products, services, strategies, and techniques
- *What You'll Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
- Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and nights (arenaflex doesn't offer part-time schedules)
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks and figure out different systems
- Advanced education and comfort with exploring online, email, and web searches
- Dedicated high-speed internet with association rates of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download
- Clear, happy, and gracious verbal and written communication using suitable language, tone, and articulation
- Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
