- *Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You will work in a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment, surrounded by a team of positive and energetic individuals who share your passion for great customer service and technology.
- *Responsibilities**
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for our clients
- *Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- *Training and Requirements**
- On-the-job training via Zoom, with a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection and a comfortable working environment
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30pm EDT
