As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll:

  • **Field customer inquiries**: Respond to patient questions, issues, and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • **Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues**: Provide empathetic and effective solutions to complex problems
  • **Escalate interactions when necessary**: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical issues
  • **Respond to requests for assistance**: Process payments and resolve billing inquiries
