- *What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet to sell products and services, process customer orders, and provide basic customer service support. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures to effectively sell and upsell products and services
- Achieving specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call
- Preparing complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
- *Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred
- A courteous and strong customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate and navigate computer systems
- Patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
