As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat

- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

- *Minimum Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Have prior customer service experience, although we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
