- Requirements
- Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in scalable and distributed systems design.
- Hands-on experience in high-scale data streaming system development.
- Background in deploying software in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to mentor high-performing engineers through all development stages.
- Experience leading remote teams in Agile environments.
- Confidence in customer interaction and troubleshooting.
- Established engineering practices and processes.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 10+ years in the industry.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
