The Project Manager Supervisor will lead a team of certified Project Managers to ensure efficient case management and operational excellence across time zones. Responsibilities • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 6-10 certified Project Managers • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings to provide coaching, remove blockers, and support professional growth • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for each Project Manager • Conduct performance reviews, compensation recommendations, and promotion decisions • Handle performance management issues when necessary • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and mission alignment • Refine case management workflows to optimize efficiency and quality • Ensure all Project Managers follow standardized checklists, SOPs, and systematic processes • Monitor team-wide metrics: case progression rates, bottleneck identification, on-time completion rates, error rates • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; implement solutions collaboratively with leadership • Partner with the Head of Legal Operations to align the PM strategy with the legal team needs • Oversee a 24-hour operations model to ensure seamless handoffs between US-based and international PM shifts • Conduct root cause analysis when cases stall or errors occur; implement corrective actions • Build and maintain PM team playbooks, training materials, and best practices documentation • Partner with attorneys and Paralegal Supervisors to resolve workflow issues • Serve as an escalation point when Project Managers encounter blockers with legal teams • Attend leadership meetings to provide case progression updates and operational insights • Work with the Head of Operations to ensure PM workflows support attorney productivity • Communicate proactively with stakeholders about risks, delays, and process improvements • Oversee the Project Manager's use of the case management system and project management tools • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in case tracking systems • Identify technology needs to improve PM efficiency (dashboards, automation, integrations) • Partner with Operations on tool implementation and training • Generate executive-level reports on case pipeline health, team performance, and operational metrics Skills • Strong understanding of workflow optimization, process improvement, and bottleneck elimination • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capability • Ability to balance empathy for team members with accountability for results • Strategic thinker who can see the big picture while managing tactical execution • Comfortable with ambiguity and building systems in fast-growth environments • Must work Arizona business hours (8 AM - 5 PM Arizona time, Monday-Friday) • Available for real-time collaboration with US-based leadership and legal teams • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup • Must hold active certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), PRINCE2, or equivalent • Deep expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban) • Certification must be current and in good standing • 5-7 years of project management experience with at least 3 years managing teams of Project Managers • Proven track record leading teams of 5-10+ project managers or program managers • Experience in high-volume, deadline-intensive industries (legal, healthcare, financial services, logistics, technology) • Demonstrated ability to develop underperforming PMs into high performers • Comfortable managing geographically distributed teams across time zones • Legal industry experience (law firm operations, legal process outsourcing, legal tech) • Immigration law familiarity (case types, timelines, compliance requirements) • Experience managing 24-hour operational models • Background in legal project management or case management systems • Continuing education in project management methodologies is preferred Company Overview • New Frontier Immigration Law is a law firm that specializes in family petitions, military parole, appeals, and naturalization services.
