Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Work Type: Hybrid (40% – 60% Onsite)
Experience Required: 7–9 Years
Max Rate: $50/hr C2C or $44/hr in W2

- Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in an Agile environment
- Experience coaching Agile methodologies to teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
- Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally

- Key Responsibilities
- Organize delivery across multiple teams
- Coach teams to create high-value backlog items while reducing rework and waste
- Promote transparency regarding barriers, progress, and impediments
- Remove or escalate team impediments
- Enable teams to practice Professional Scrum and Agile frameworks
- Cultivate continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement
- Coach teams to understand new ways of working and Agile practices
- Serve as an internal trainer contributing to team learning and development
- Coach Product Owners/Managers on empirical product planning and backlog management
- Maintain and promote information radiators for inspection and adaptation
- Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate Agile events
