Position Overview

SYNERGISTICIT has built an excellent reputation since 2010 by bridging the gap between employer requirements and employee skills. We are currently seeking entry-level software programmers, IT enthusiasts, Python/Java developers, Data Analysts and Data Scientists from all visas and US citizens who are serious about building a career in the IT industry. Our programs even include skill enhancement initiatives for candidates who need additional training in order to meet client requirements. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.


• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• 
  For Java/Software Programmers: Experience with Java, Core Java, JavaScript, C++ and understanding of the software development life cycle; familiarity with Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, and REST APIs.


• 
  For Data Science/Machine Learning: Knowledge of Statistics, Python, and data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• For Data Science roles: Experience with PowerBI, Databricks, Snowflake, NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, and Time Series Analysis.
