This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys supporting employees, and is passionate about HR best practices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily applicant activity within the applicant tracking system and coordinate with the recruiting team as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely updates on all candidate statuses.</li><li>Partner with department leaders to support employee engagement and retention strategies.</li><li>Manage the full onboarding process, including employment documentation, credential checks, background screenings, and scheduling of pre‑employment requirements.</li><li>Coordinate and assist with new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.</li><li>Support employee relations by helping ensure appropriate issue‑resolution processes are followed.</li><li>Prepare incident and injury reports and support follow‑up steps as required.</li><li>Assist with benefits enrollment and conduct necessary follow‑ups.</li><li>Maintain organized, compliant, and up‑to‑date employee records.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree with 5+ years of HR Coordinator or HR Manager experience, <strong>or</strong></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration with a Human Resources concentration.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally within a healthcare or long‑term care environment.</li></ul>
