Job Description
As an experienced Customer Experience Product Owner at American Family Insurance, you'll be a leading voice in shaping the customer experience for all of our valued customers. You'll bring your deep knowledge of product management principles and customer experience design to the team, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to drive product initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.We're looking for someone who is an innovative problem solver and strong communicator with the ability to lead multi-functional teams. You should have a passion for understanding customer needs, and the ability to work with them to develop creative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry, experience with customer experience design, and a proven track record of successful product management.
Design customer experience initiatives that align with American Family Insurance's strategic goals.
Develop creative solutions to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead multi-functional teams to execute product initiatives.
Monitor customer feedback and use it to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to guide product development.
Utilize deep knowledge of product management principles and customer experience design.
Mentor and guide team members in product management and customer experience design.
Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Create and present reports to stakeholders on product performance and customer feedback.
