What is the role?
The person in this role is responsible for undertaking activities to bridge the gap between clinical development and commercial aspects of Aerogen's medical devices. They lead specific medical and clinical evidence/data generation activities, support clinical development strategies, as well as external engagement programs. They are a key contributor to medical education and medical information process.

    What are the key responsibilities?
  • Review and approve educational content, promotional material and medical information to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Contribute to the provision of scientific input and data, by undertaking and managing PMCF activities and contributing to the generation of key documents during submissions and approval processes.
  • Provide expert scientific and medical knowledge to internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Sales and Regulatory Affairs)
  • Medical Education - develop and deliver training programs for internal staff and external stakeholders on disease areas, treatment options and product information.
  • Ensure all activities contributed to, and undertaken, are compliant with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Support, as needed, Aerogen's and Medical Affairs strategic objectives and activities.
    What education and experience are required?
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biomedical engineering, life sciences, nursing, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced qualification (MSc, MD, PhD) in an applicable discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a related role in the Medical Device industry or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Communication skills - ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal skills - strong relationship-building skills for interacting with crossfunctional teams, KOLs and HCPs.
  • Analytical skills - ability to analyze clinical; data, identify trends, and scientific literature to inform strategic decisions.
  • Regulatory knowledge - familiarity with regulatory guidelines and ability to ensure compliance in all activities.
  • Project management - capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while working in an independent, self-directed manner.
