The Bioinformatics Analyst will integrate and analyze complex genomic datasets to advance understanding of disease biology, collaborating with scientific teams to deliver impactful insights. Responsibilities • Perform quality control, annotation, and integration of bulk transcriptomics, single-cell omics, and spatial transcriptomics datasets • Conduct downstream statistical and computational analyses to support immunology and liver disease research • Develop, maintain, and document robust and reusable analysis pipelines • Apply best practices and emerging tools in single-cell and multi-omic data analysis • Interpret results and clearly communicate findings to scientific and cross-functional teams Skills • Master's degree with relevant experience in data analysis or a Doctoral degree with early-career experience in a related field • Hands-on experience with genomic and multi-omic data analysis, including single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing • Proficiency in Python and or R within Linux-based environments • Experience with workflow management tools and version control systems • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills • Experience with spatial transcriptomics data analysis • Background in immunology or fibrotic diseases • Familiarity with liver biology or metabolic-associated liver disease research Benefits • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Life insurance • Long-term disability insurance • Short-term disability insurance • Paid parking/public transportation • Paid time off • Paid sick and safe time • Hours of paid vacation time • Weeks of paid parental leave • Paid holidays annually – as applicable Company Overview • Collabera is an end-to-end information technology services and solutions provider helping clients align their business and IT strategies.
