AHU Technologies INC. is an IT consulting and permanent staffing firm that meets the evolving IT service needs of leading corporations within the United States. They are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Oracle E Business Suite functional expertise to bridge traditional ERP functional analysis with emerging AI/ML capabilities, enabling the organization to modernize processes and improve decision making.
- Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional SME for Oracle EBS Financial modules
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
- Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS functionality
- Partner with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
- Assist with production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI/ML or GenAI can improve efficiency, accuracy, or user experience
- Translate business problems into structured AI/ML use cases, including data needs, success criteria, and workflow impacts
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define model requirements, training data expectations, and integration points
- Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of AI enabled solutions
- Act as a liaison between business users, Oracle EBS technical teams, and AI/ML development teams
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and requirement gathering meetings
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business friendly language
- Ensure alignment between long term ERP strategy and emerging AI capabilities
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support testing cycles including test planning, execution, and defect management
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and stakeholder updates
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational standards
- Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with Oracle EBS
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS processes, configurations, and data structures
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical deliverables
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and propose practical, scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Co-ordinate smaller efforts independently with little guidance
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, GenAI tools, or data driven automation
- Experience writing user stories or requirements for AI/ML or analytics teams
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, data pipelines, or modern integration patterns
- Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM capabilities, or conversational AI design
- Ability to bridge functional and technical teams in a fast evolving environment
