Are you an experienced Data Analytics Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and an eye for detail? We are looking for a Lead Data Analytics Engineer at Allstate who is eager to join a team of innovators and make an impact!The Lead Data Analytics Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop, maintain, and optimize data analytics solutions that will drive operational efficiency and customer experience. Lead a team of data analytics engineers in the development, maintenance, and optimization of data analytics solutions.
Establish best practices and processes for effective data analytics solutions.
Identify and analyze key data patterns and correlations to drive operational efficiency and customer experience.
Develop and maintain databases with SQL.
Produce data reports and visualizations using data analysis and visualization tools.
Monitor and troubleshoot data analytics solutions for any issues or discrepancies.
Develop and maintain documentation of data models, data flows, and other data analytics processes.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure successful data analytics solutions.
Research and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in data analytics.
Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
