- Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video with individuals who have requested information
- Identify client needs and offer tailored coverage solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline in our CRM.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions
- Work independently and meet individual performance goals
- Requirements
- No sales experience required—training provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self -disciplined, goal -oriented, and coachable
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (Zoom, CRM)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain with guidance)
