The Well Recruiting Solutions is a direct-hire recruiting service specializing in supporting financial advisory and wealth management firms. They are hiring a hands-on Technical Operations Administrator to support and maintain a modern, automation-driven technology stack built on Zoho CRM, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services, while gaining exposure to system architecture and advanced automation systems. Responsibilities • Administer and maintain Zoho CRM modules, workflows, fields, and automation (handle routine changes independently) • Own system provisioning across the tech stack, including setup and access management for third-party tools and platforms • Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, groups, Teams, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding • Configure, test, and troubleshoot webhooks and REST API integrations, including JSON payload validation and HTTP error resolution • Monitor and support Azure Container Apps and related services, review container logs, and troubleshoot deployment or service issues • Maintain and update automation scripts (Python) and scheduled jobs supporting system workflows • Monitor system health, investigate alerts or sync failures, document fixes, and escalate architectural concerns when necessary Skills • 2+ years experience in a technical operations, systems administration, or CRM admin role • Microsoft 365 administration experience (users, groups, Teams, licensing, onboarding/offboarding) • Hands-on experience administering a CRM platform (Zoho preferred; Salesforce/HubSpot acceptable) • Experience provisioning and managing user access across SaaS tools and third-party systems • Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, HTTP request/response structure, and JSON payloads • Experience troubleshooting integration failures and reviewing application or container logs • Familiarity with a major cloud platform (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable) • Basic scripting ability (Python preferred) • Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently in production environments • Clear written documentation and communication skills • Direct experience with Zoho CRM, including Deluge scripting • Experience with Azure Container Apps, App Service, or Docker-based deployments • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or Redis at an operational level • Experience supporting automation-heavy or API-first environments • Familiarity with monitoring tools and alerting systems • Prior experience working in a small, high-autonomy technical team Benefits • Remote work with semi-flexible scheduling. • Opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing state-of-the-art AI-based technology • Professional development opportunities.
