Digile is seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert to lead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of their Cloud PC environment. This senior-level engineering role focuses on designing secure, scalable, and high-performance virtual desktop solutions using Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop. Responsibilities • Design, deploy, and manage Windows 365 (Cloud PC) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments end-to-end • Architect scalable and secure virtual desktop infrastructure integrated with Azure Storage (Azure Files, Azure NetApp Files, FSLogix) • Define best practices for performance, scalability, and reliability • Lead Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) configuration and management • Design and implement Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO) • Implement Zero Trust security models for cloud desktop environments • Manage identity security features including Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Identity Protection • Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for Cloud PC and virtual desktop environments • Implement advanced device compliance policies, application packaging, and automated provisioning • Automate deployment and management tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API • Serve as the highest escalation point for Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop issues • Diagnose and resolve complex performance issue Skills • Highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in architecture, deployment, and optimization of Cloud PC environment • Deep technical expertise in identity management, Azure networking, virtualization, and endpoint management • Ability to design and troubleshoot complex hybrid and cloud-native environments • Design, deploy, and manage Windows 365 (Cloud PC) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments end-to-end • Architect scalable and secure virtual desktop infrastructure integrated with Azure Storage (Azure Files, Azure NetApp Files, FSLogix) • Define best practices for performance, scalability, and reliability • Lead Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) configuration and management • Design and implement Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO) • Implement Zero Trust security models for cloud desktop environments • Manage identity security features including Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Identity Protection • Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for Cloud PC and virtual desktop environments • Implement advanced device compliance policies, application packaging, and automated provisioning • Automate deployment and management tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API • Serve as the highest escalation point for Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop issues • Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues Company Overview • Digile provides digital transformation services, including artificial intelligence integration, cloud migration, and data analytics.
