- Accurate Transaction Execution: Successfully executing customer sales transactions using POS terminals, managing various payment channels like cash, credit cards, and digital payment solutions.
- Performance Guidelines: Uphold top-tier performance standards for cashiers and assist in labor control and queue supervision.
- Safety & Compliance: Assure a secure, spotless, and welcoming shopping ambiance for all individuals visiting the store.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- This vacancy is designed for individuals who are starting their career path and do not yet possess any Experience, as it is an Entry-Level role.
- While it is suggested to possess a high school diploma or GED, this is not a compulsory credential for the role.
- A positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills are important factors in successful interactions.
- Applicants must possess the ability to stand for prolonged periods and complete repetitive lifting tasks (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility in scheduling is paramount, including the ability to work on nights, weekends, and holidays.
