What You Will Be Doing • Design and maintain AI-powered test automation frameworks that generate test cases, scripts, and data for thorough validation • Leverage GenAI tools to evaluate testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable insights for ongoing improvement • Simulate user scenarios, stress conditions, and edge cases to identify potential issues before they affect end users Quality Assurance Automation Engineer Key Responsibilities • Employ AI and automation tools to accelerate product releases and reduce product defects Basic Requirements • AI-First Mindset (if your first instinct is to write code manually and then apply AI tools to verify or enhance it, rather than leading with AI, then this role is not suitable for you) • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA automation role, including hands-on experience testing AI products • Proficiency in Selenium and at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript • Professional experience applying AI tools to automate QA workflows • Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions • Experience leading teams of QA testers About IgniteTech World-class talent. 100% global remote. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
