In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. Duties • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Develop new business opportunities through warm calling and networking. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients. • Utilize Online system for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress. • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs. • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology solutions. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas. • Lead initiatives aimed at improving sales processes and enhancing customer experience. If you're driven by results and thrive on building meaningful client relationships, we want to hear from you! • Motivation to strategically identify new customer opportunities while driving expansion opportunities with existing customers. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to prioritize projects and accelerate new market opportunities. • Ability to handle high-volume client interactions across diverse industries and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals. • Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in technology SaaS sales. • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. • Experience with collaboration sales techniques and building long-term client relationships. • Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer interactions. • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals in a competitive environment. • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving targets. • Technical sales experience is a plus, enabling you to understand product offerings deeply.
