About the Role
We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to get paid based on performance, not hourly limits.
This role is simple: you will make outbound calls to businesses and generate qualified leads for service companies we represent. When a business expresses interest in receiving a quote, that counts as a lead and you get paid.
No complicated selling. No closing deals. Your job is simply to start conversations and identify interested prospects.
If you're competitive, energetic, and comfortable on the phone, you can do very well here.
- What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to business owners and decision makers
- Introduce services on behalf of companies we represent
- Identify businesses interested in receiving a quote
- Submit qualified leads into our system
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude on calls
Compensation
You are paid per qualified lead generated.
Average reps generate enough leads to earn $150–$192 per day.
There is no cap on earnings — the more leads you generate, the more you make.
