Arancia Physical Therapy is a boutique, pelvic health and chronic pain clinic in Rhode Island. We’re looking for an experienced freelance ads manager to set up, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads that drive high-quality leads — not just clicks. What you’ll do: • Set up Meta ad campaigns (FB + Instagram) from start to finish • Build and optimize lead generation + conversion campaigns • Write ad copy and suggest creative angles (videos, reels, static) • Track performance (CPL, conversions, booked calls) • Optimize weekly based on data — not guessing This role is for you if you: • Have proven experience running Meta ads for service-based businesses (healthcare or local businesses a plus) • Understand lead quality matters more than volume • Can explain performance clearly and simply • Are proactive, organized, and reliable Nice to have (but not required): • Experience with PT, pelvic health, wellness, or cash-based clinics • Familiarity with Keap (infusionsoft), Calendly, or similar booking systems • Ability to advise on creative direction for Reels-style ads Apply tot his job
