- What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through 401(k), IRA, and retirement transitions by phone
- Provide plan education and build strong customer relationships
- Deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience

- Candidate Requirements:
- Fully Licensed: Active FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (Series 63 + 65 accepted)
- Partially Licensed or Early Career Candidates: Recent graduates in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related fields with a minimum 3.8 GPA, leadership experience, internships, or extracurriculars
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
- Licensing Support:
- Paid study time and materials provided
- Structured exam scheduling and guidance
- Second exam attempts allowed if eligible; third attempts not permitted
