Job Description
Job Summary : Integration Architect with AI & Salesforce Experience • 100% remote position (US-based only); no sponsorship available. • Requires a Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field. • Must have 2-3+ certifications in AI, ML, GenAI, or Agentic AI disciplines. • 8-10 years of experience as an Integration Architect required. • Minimum 2 years designing, developing, and deploying GenAI / LLM-powered applications / products. • At least 1 year building and integrating Agentic AI systems (planning, reasoning, decision-making). • Proficient in Python and relevant AI / ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.). • Experience with NLP techniques (text generation, understanding, summarization). • Experience with Reinforcement Learning algorithms and agent training. • Skilled in handling large datasets and working on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM, Salesforce). • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience in Agile environments. • Required experience with Agentforce (preferred) or Salesforce Einstein platforms. • Integration of AI models with enterprise IT systems required. • Preferred : Experience in prompt engineering, knowledge graphs, multi-agent systems, XAI, MLOps, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), Salesforce development tools, IVR / conversational AI, onshore / offshore collaboration, and collaborative development platforms (e.g., GitHub).
