Key Responsibilities Transcribe handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents into digital spreadsheets, databases, or proprietary software platforms with a focus on 99.9%+ accuracy. Validate and cross‑check entered data against source documents, flagging inconsistencies and seeking clarification from stakeholders when necessary. Update order statuses in real‑time, ensuring customers receive accurate delivery timelines and that internal teams have current visibility into fulfillment pipelines. Maintain organized digital filing systems, applying consistent naming conventions and metadata tagging for easy retrieval. Perform routine data audits, generate quality‑control reports, and suggest process improvements to reduce entry errors. Collaborate remotely with the Customer Support, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams using collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and shared Google Workspace documents.
