Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Software Engineer - Journeyman Level (Platform & Configuration) to support Army National Guard enterprise modernization initiatives. This role focuses on designing and maintaining secure, automated development environments, building CI/CD pipelines, and engineering scalable Dev Sec Ops ecosystems for mission-critical systems. This is an ideal opportunity for engineers who thrive in highly technical federal environments and enjoy working on automation, container platforms, and secure infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain Dev Sec Ops tool chains and automation frameworks • Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems and pipelines • Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments • Engineer automated testing frameworks and sustain test environments • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application delivery • Develop tools for source code analysis, validation, and deployment automation • Ensure compliance with Configuration Management standards and processes • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cybersecurity teams Required Qualifications: • Active Secret Security Clearance • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT • Strong experience with Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops practices and tooling • Hands-on experience with automation, container platforms, and cloud environments • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills Required Certifications: • AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) • CompTIA Security+ • Kubernetes certifications Benefits: • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Visions Plans • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off (Flexible/Combined PTO, Bereavement Leave, 11 Company Paid Holidays) • 401K Retirement Plan with employer match • Professional Development Training Reimbursement • Flexible/remote work schedule.
