Job Overview As a remote chat representative at Workora, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via chat, following up with leads, and encouraging them to place orders. With the support of our experienced sales managers, you will be able to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system. Key Responsibilities: Utilize our user-friendly software to advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with leads to encourage them to place orders Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system Collaborate with sales managers to ensure seamless follow-up and closure of sales Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty Work independently and as part of a remote team to achieve sales targets and goals Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Daily training will be provided, and you will have access to mentors and support through our Facebook Group.
