Job Description
Our contract processing company is looking to add another processor to our team. This is a remote position. You MUST have wholesale broker experience with loan processing to even be considered. We prefer for a quick transition that you currently are processing or had a processing job within the last 6 months. We do not want to hire someone to train them on how to process. We are a very busy processing company.
We are requiring that you have at least 10 years experience as a loan processor and you must be detailed oriented. Knowing how lenders work on the wholesale side is a must. You will be working on the loan from initial loan submission to closing.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF/Document programs
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment, strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with loan officers, underwriting, closing and other internal and external partners
- Must be able to use a computer and know how it works
- Must be comfortable calling borrowers
- You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant and complete loan files, all while meeting every scheduled deadline and closing date
Your Job Will Entail:
Pre-underwriting loan files before you submit the loan to the lender for approval. You will work with the borrower once the loan is approved to obtain all items listed on the approval. You will have to order VOE's, payoffs, VOR's, insurance requests, etc to obtain your CTC. You must know how to read a CD and help balance the closing figures with the title company. Keeping track of dates for compliance, lock expirations, loan availability deadlines, and CD dates.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
