Heartbeat is a full-service agency for healthcare Challenger Brands, and they are seeking a Media Planner to deliver game-changing campaigns for consumers and HCPs. The role involves contributing creative suggestions throughout campaign creation and ongoing optimization, while also honing skills for career growth. Responsibilities • Ability to present ideas and gain consensus and support • A high level of energy and initiative to explore, conceptualize and implement new processes and work flows • Ability work independently while contributing to team goals Skills • 2-3 years of media planning experience across all channels • Working knowledge of 3rd party software: specifically, DoubleClick, MRI and the Nielsen suite • Understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA, and CPL buying models • Proficiency in Nexlith Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to present ideas and gain consensus and support • A high level of energy and initiative to explore, conceptualize and implement new processes and work flows • Ability work independently while contributing to team goals • Knowledge of the terminology and mechanics of the advertising industry • Strong negotiation skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Superior communication skills • Experience working with Pharmaceutical clients a plus Benefits • Medical coverage • Dental • Vision • Disability • 401K • Parental and family care leave • Family forming assistance • Tuition reimbursement • Flexible time off Company Overview • Heartbeat is a full-service marketing agency for healthcare Challenger Brands.
