We're seeking a results-driven Google Marketing Consultant who knows how to turn ad dollars into qualified leads and provide clear, data-backed insights. Who You Are: You're part strategist, part technician, and all results. You know your way around Google's marketing ecosystem and can help real estate companies stop wasting money and start building predictable, scalable pipelines. Responsibilities: Audit and refine our existing Google Ads campaigns to align with Born's core goal: acquiring more property management contracts (not leasing to tenants). Set up or improve Google Analytics and GA4 for performance tracking, including lead attribution. Develop YouTube content marketing strategies, ad funnels, and targeting to build our channel and drive lead generation. Optimize our website's performance and conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager, ensuring all call-to-actions are firing properly. Collaborate with our in-house team to translate business goals into concrete campaign goals and KPIs. Generate monthly performance reports with action-based recommendations. Must Haves: Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) Strong Google Analytics and Tag Manager skills Understanding of SEO fundamentals for real estate and local services Ability to manage and improve conversion funnels Strong communication skills (especially with non-technical stakeholders) Clear understanding of real estate lead acquisition (bonus if you've marketed for PM companies before) Nice to Haves: Google Ads and Analytics certification Google YouTube Ads Video Certification Experience working with agencies or real estate marketing teams Knowledge of CRM integrations like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce Familiarity with WordPress, or custom websites Part-time or retainer basis Initial 3-month engagement, with potential for ongoing work based on results Competitive rate based on experience and ROI How to Apply: Send your portfolio, resume, and a brief strategy proposal for how you would immediately improve our current ad-to-lead flow.
