We are seeking an experienced Pipedrive CRM Consultant (US-based) to help us optimize, automate, and scale our CRM processes. This role is ideal for someone who understands sales pipelines, automation workflows, and CRM best practices, and can translate business needs into an efficient Pipedrive system.
You will work closely with our team to audit our current setup, identify gaps, and implement improvements that enhance visibility, efficiency, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and optimize our existing Pipedrive CRM setup
Design and implement structured sales pipelines and deal stages
Set up automation workflows (emails, task creation, follow-ups, triggers)
Customize fields, filters, and dashboards for better reporting
Integrate Pipedrive with other tools (e.g., email, calendars, third-party apps)
Improve data organization and ensure CRM hygiene best practices
Train team members on proper CRM usage and workflows
Provide ongoing support and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Must be based in the United States
Proven experience working with Pipedrive CRM (portfolio or case studies preferred)
Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
Experience with CRM automation and integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Ability to analyze workflows and recommend scalable solutions
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Nice to Have:
Experience working with service-based or property management businesses
Background in sales operations or revenue operations
Familiarity with reporting and KPI tracking
