Loan Factory is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers and mortgage teams nationwide. Whether you already have a strong referral network or are looking to grow with the support of company-provided leads, marketing, and an integrated mortgage platform, this is an opportunity to build more production on a scalable national brokerage platform.

- Responsibilities
- Manage the mortgage loan process from application through closing
- Advise borrowers on mortgage options and structure appropriate loan solutions
- Review financial information, credit, and documentation to determine eligibility
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and other business channels
- Generate new business through personal production, referrals, and company lead opportunities
- Stay current on mortgage products, guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Qualifications
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator license and NMLS registration required
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage origination experience required; 3+ years preferred
- Minimum 12 closed loans in the past 12 months
- Experience in mortgage brokerage and debt consolidation preferred
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, borrower qualification, and financial analysis
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Familiarity with mortgage technology platforms, CRM systems, and compliance standards
