Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules and hands-on technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial business processes and the ability to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle EBS Financial systems.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide implementation, support, and enhancement for Oracle EBS Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to map business requirements to Oracle EBS functionality
  • Offer strategic guidance on best practices and process improvements within Oracle Financials
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues using SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools
  • Develop and maintain technical components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICEFW)
  • Work on Oracle Forms, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), and custom development
  • Support integration and transition initiatives involving Oracle Finance Cloud
  • Create and maintain documentation for architecture, design, development, and support processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in systems, tools, and processes
  • Ensure high-quality customer interaction and service delivery
  • Required Qualifications:
  • 15-17 years of total IT experience
  • Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • At least 2 years of experience with Oracle Finance Cloud
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, OAF, and Oracle Forms
  • Proven experience in both implementation and support environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Costing (Discrete or Process Manufacturing)
  • Background in Oracle EBS Application Database Administration (DBA)
  • CPA or CA certification is a plus
