Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst / Financial Modeling Specialist to develop a detailed 5-year financial model and company valuation sheet for an e-commerce company. The model will support business planning, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with e-commerce financial models, sales forecasting, unit economics, and valuation methodologies.
Scope of Work:
Build a comprehensive 5-year financial model in Excel
Develop sales and revenue forecasting for an e-commerce business
Model cost of goods sold, marketing spend, fulfillment costs, and operating expenses
Prepare Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet projections
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis
Develop a company valuation sheet using relevant valuation techniques such as DCF and comparable company analysis
Provide clear assumptions and supporting documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial modeling, FP&A, or business valuation
Proven experience working with e-commerce or online retail businesses
Strong expertise in financial forecasting and valuation methodologies
Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
Ability to develop structured and investor-ready financial models

Proposals without relevant financial modeling samples and a clear description of similar work completed for e-commerce companies will not be entertained. Please include examples of financial models or valuation projects you have developed for e-commerce or similar businesses.
