- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Department of Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Record Modernization program as a Project Manager
- Oversee the execution of processes supporting Core and Cross Cutting Solutions, including Community Data Integration and Interoperability
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality
- Develop and review briefing materials and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze project artifacts, capability roadmaps, and recommend critical decisions to mitigate risks
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience
- Experience managing Information Technology-related projects
- Proficient in life cycle and project management methodologies
- Experience in tracking costs, schedules, and performance progress
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline; or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Familiarity with implementing electronic health records
