Avertis Group is a boutique capital advisory firm specializing in capital raising for emerging hedge funds ($5M–$100M AUM). We connect talented fund managers with family offices and alternative investors actively seeking innovative quant and AI-driven strategies. This is a foundational role in our growing team.
- Tasks
- Identify and evaluate emerging hedge fund managers
- Build and maintain a network of family offices, fund-of-funds, and hedge fund seeders
- Execute investor outreach: coordinate meetings, track engagement
- Support investor materials: pitch decks, DDQs, performance reports
- Manage the deal pipeline and report KPIs
- Assist in closing capital commitments
- Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in hedge funds, placement, investor relations, or alternative investment advisory
- Understanding of quant, AI, or market-neutral strategies
- Experience building and managing investor networks
- Excellent communication skills; self-starter with results-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM systems or fundraising workflows is a plus
