The role involves earning commission while learning in a structured program that includes mentorship, lead generation training, and access to a vast agent network.
Responsibilities
- Train inside a cohort-based system led by a seasoned real estate managing broker and mentor
- Follow a two-phase program including Ready-Set-Go fundamentals and Mentorship & Mastery application
- Commit to 15+ hours of weekly training as a full-time agent
- Utilize professional tech and marketing platforms provided by the company
- Access Windermere's 6,500+ agent network across 10 states
Skills
- Must be going into real estate as a full time agent
- 15+ hours weekly training commitment
- Active WA real estate license (or expected to complete real estate course within 60 days)
- Sales/customer service background
- Snohomish county-area network
- Social media or digital marketing experience
