RemoteHunter is a company operating in the legal technology and e-discovery industry, and they are seeking a Client Success Associate to drive client satisfaction and engagement. This role involves delivering data-driven insights, preparing reports, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to client retention efforts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare client metrics, data, and trend reports to provide consistent insight into account performance
- Analyze client data to inform account strategies and engagement activities
- Gather data to support client business reviews and related meetings
- Assist in drafting digital business review content, annual reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Calculate ROI to inform client engagement and communication
- Coordinate with the Onboarding Team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Support complex cost and price modeling for client presentations
- Conduct surveys and client feedback sessions to assess client health and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to address unique client requests and solve challenges
- Update and maintain account information in the CRM system
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer success, sales, client services, or related client-facing roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills
- Effective communication and technical writing abilities
- Experience in legal technology, e-discovery, or information governance is a plus
- Preferred experience with enterprise deployments and program management
- Knowledge of the legal and e-discovery lifecycle is an advantage
- Familiarity with legal and e-discovery tools such as EnCase, iPro, Nuix, Relativity, or Brainspace is beneficial
