Job Description
CGI is a leading IT and business consulting services firm, and they are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer within their Intel sector to support national security through innovative technology. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components, while collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of web applications using technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Develop server-side logic, databases, and APIs to handle data processing, storage, and application functionality
- Ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end components of the application
- Thoroughly test and debug applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality web applications
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or 0 to 2 years of experience
- Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Proficiency in designing and building the UI and UX of web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in developing server-side logic, databases, and APIs for data processing, storage, and application functionality
- Ability to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components
- Skills in thoroughly testing and debugging applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality web applications
