Job Description

The Evoke Agency is seeking an Executive Assistant & Content Creator to support the founder's daily operations while enhancing visibility across various media platforms. The role involves content creation, podcast support, and executive assistance, with a focus on social media and media production.


Responsibilities

  • Film, edit, and publish short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Capture day-to-day content including meetings, travel, events, and lifestyle moments
  • Manage and produce content
  • Research, outreach, and scheduling of podcast guests
  • Coordinate podcast recordings and production logistics
  • Secure guest appearances on aligned podcasts and media platforms
  • Coordinate with publicist and PR partners
  • Draft articles and editorial-style content
  • Assist in coordinating the build-out and launch of a new website
  • Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and logistics
  • Support administrative needs and project coordination across initiatives

Skills

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Skilled in short-form video creation and social media editing
  • Strong communicator and writer
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
