Job Description
HUB International is a leading full-service global insurance broker and financial services firm. As a Sales Resource Administrator, you will support the national team by managing the general inbox and assisting with various administrative tasks, including webinar setup and communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage the general inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Draft and distribute communications
- Support the setup and delivery of webinars, including speaker coordination
- Assist with the application and issuance of Continuing Education (CE) credits
- Provide administrative support for various platforms
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools is an asset
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Dynamics is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
