Job Description
OEC Group is a global logistics company that has been established since 1981, and they are seeking a B2B outside sales professional to join their team. The role involves building customer relationships, providing customized solutions, and achieving sales targets in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily telemarketing/email marketing to build credibility as a logistics expert/consultant
- Use CRM system daily for data entry
- Establish and maintain rapport with targeted leads
- Probe and discover perspective's client's needs
- Offer customized solution based on strategic need of client's business
- Close the sales
- Provide detailed and organized notes on the client
- Meet minimum number of prospects in sales/marketing Pipeline
- Attend minimum number of in person visits per quarter that may require overnight stays
- Achieve minimum gross profit goals
Skills
- B2B outside sales professional with an ambitious, competitive and motivated personality
- Excellent people skills
- Result-driven self-starter who is an active listener
- Creative problem solver who is a solution-oriented sales professional
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus
- 1+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience
- Reliable transportation at the time of hire
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- International or domestic freight forwarding experience
- Geography and global economy knowledge
