Job Description

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group seeking a Talent Acquisition team member to lead recruiting for their Financial Services Business Unit. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, building diverse candidate pipelines, and partnering with leadership to shape talent strategy.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles (sourcing through offer)
Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and shape talent strategy
Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines across the NYC market
Engage candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and referrals
Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience from first touch to offer
Use tools (including AI) to improve sourcing, and efficiency

Skills

Experience in full-cycle recruiting (consulting or financial services is a plus)
Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
