Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fingercheck is a company dedicated to simplifying payroll and HR management for small business owners. As an Implementation Specialist, you will oversee and onboard new accounts onto the Fingercheck system, ensuring a smooth transition to operational use and providing support throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Implement accounts for all Fingercheck products
- Be the primary onboarding contact and project manager for new accounts
- Ownership of the account communication for all aspects of implementation
- Proactively communicate and guide clients through the implementation
- Monitor and quickly move new accounts through the onboarding queue, engaging other departments as needed, and resolving automation errors promptly
- Fully onboard business owners and their employees
- Respond to incoming emails, calls, and implementation support requests from clients promptly
- Proactively set up system training meetings and end-user support
- Assist with account configuration to support client needs and business processes
- Review proper tax documents and payroll data
- Meet SLAβs, adhering to a strict timeline to ensure there are no payroll delays
- Other duties as assigned

- 1-year of payroll software experience
