They are seeking an analytically driven Analyst to support the US Listed Derivatives business, contributing to strategic initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, trading activity, and competitive dynamics to support product strategy decisions
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and BI tools
Leverage GenAI tools and develop agents to enhance team productivity and analytical capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and solve business challenges
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Contribute to the development of new procedures and best practices within the team
Support senior team members on complex, high-impact projects with significant autonomy

Skills

Bachelor's degree (Spring 2026 graduate preferred)
Experience using GenAI tools and creating agents
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Strong writing and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Curiosity about financial markets and derivatives
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, requiring minimal direction
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Experience working in Databricks
Background in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Data Visualization Design
