As a Project Manager I, you will advance critical initiatives to enhance employee experience and optimize operations through effective project management and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the facilitation of workflow analysis and improvement. Uses standard techniques to facilitate change management plans
- Develop and manage low complexity project plans and assist in the development and management of moderately complex projects. Maintain issues lists, meeting minutes, agendas, status reports and other project artifacts. Organize project meetings. Provide regular updates and escalate issues as necessary
- Develop understanding of change management processes and activities. Model outstanding customer service including timely follow-up and prompt escalation
- Develop ability to analyze technology capabilities and future needs, including drafting requirements documents and vendor selection processes. Develop IT domain knowledge where appropriate and coordinate expert resources where necessary
Skills
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience

- Demonstrates strong administrative capabilities, including organization, documentation, coordination of meetings, and management of project artifacts
- Possesses a technical aptitude with the ability to understand system functionality, integrations, and data flows within enterprise applications
- Experience working in Agile environments, including familiarity with Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog management
- Exposure to or experience with Workday, including an understanding of Workday modules, business processes, or system functionality
- Experience supporting or participating in system implementations, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Experience using ServiceNow Project Workspace to manage project work, track tasks, maintain project artifacts, and support collaboration across teams
