Responsibilities
- Research target companies and identify decision-makers
- Initiate outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
- Start conversations with potential customers
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
- Manage activity, pipeline, and data in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting targets
- Collaborate with your team to refine messaging and improve performance
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport
- Coachability and openness to feedback
- Ability to manage goals and performance metrics
- Self-discipline and accountability in a remote environment
- Interest in business, technology, or sales
