Job Description
Stoel Rives LLP is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join their Marketing Communications and Operations team. This role is responsible for managing client data and marketing systems, supporting outreach and operational workflows, and collaborating across teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day stewardship of the firm’s client data and marketing systems to ensure accurate targeting, compliance, and reliable reporting across marketing and business development activities
- Administer and maintain the firm’s CRM system, including contact and company data stewardship, segmentation, and list development
- Manage mailing list governance and list health, including routine audits, preference management, and compliance workflows
- Own intake, routing, and data capture for inbound engagement (e.g., resource downloads, event registrations, and subscriptions)
- Ensure post‑event attendee and participation data is accurately recorded in CRM
- Maintain clean, reliable data inputs to support reporting, dashboards, and group‑by‑group audits
- Support planning and execution related to CRM enhancements, upgrades, or platform transitions, including data preparation, configuration support, training coordination, and rollout communications
- Support the effectiveness and continuity of the Marketing Communications and Operations team by collaborating across functions, assisting with shared workflows, and building working knowledge of related marketing operations processes
- Train as an understudy across select marketing operations workflows, including publishing, campaign execution, and reporting processes, to support continuity and shared coverage
- Collaborate with marketing and business development colleagues to support cross‑functional initiatives, audits, and improvement efforts
- Assist with documenting and maintaining operational processes and resources, helping ensure standards, workflows, and “how‑to” guidance remain current and accessible
- Collaborate with marketing and BD colleagues to support reporting and analytics efforts
- Participate in cross‑functional projects and initiatives as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work successfully with attorneys, clients, staff, community, and vendors
- Strong client service attitude highly desired
- Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong project and time management skills with outstanding writing and grammar skills
- Must be able to multi-task with strong project management aptitude
- Must possess strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- 1-3 years marketing experience preferred, preferably in legal or professional services
- InterAction knowledge a plus
