Job Description
PRI Technology is seeking a Workday Analyst to support the Workday Enterprise platform for a top-tier investment banking client. The role involves configuring and managing Workday modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the system as a core business application.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HCM, Finance, Payroll, Information Technology, and other departments to gather and document system requirements
- Perform hands on functional and security configuration
- Participate in testing system changes (e.g., upgrades, enhancements, new functionality)
- Assist with system data audits, quality checks, and data entry as needed
- Document processes and maintain user guides or training materials
- Stay informed about Workday releases and support testing of new features
- Provide tier-1 user support for Workday-related questions or issues
- Identify and suggest opportunities to enhance and improve current processes
- Help troubleshoot system issues and support day-to-day Workday operations
Skills
- Basic understanding of enterprise systems, HRIS, Finance, or Payroll concepts
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Eagerness to learn technical system functionality and processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational abilities and habits
- Strong sense of confidentiality and data integrity
